SHIPPING

We ship all orders from Denmark to parcel shops (pakkeshop) near you.

DELIVERY

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Denmark.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are delivered to a parcel shop of your choice at checkout. We currently ship with DAO and may add other carriers in the future.

Home delivery is not available at this time.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Standard shipping to parcel shop: 45 DKK
• Free shipping on orders over 500 DKK

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within Denmark only.

DELAYS

We do our best to ship on time, but occasional delays can happen during drops, holidays, or peak periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out at Arcaneparis1@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at Arcaneparis1@gmail.com within a reasonable time and we'll help resolve it.
